Terms of service
1. The service
Chittyy, a brand of Bakematic Digital Private Limited, gives businesses a shared inbox, campaigns, automations and an API on top of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Plan and fees
- The plan is ₹999 per month plus GST, with up to 10 team members and 1 WhatsApp number.
- Meta bills message charges to your own WhatsApp account at Meta's rates. Chittyy adds a 10% platform fee on that spend, billed with your plan.
- GST at 18% applies on the plan and the platform fee.
- Meta may change its rates. When it does, ours follow.
3. Your duties
- Follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Terms.
- Get a clear opt-in from every person before you message them, and honour opt-outs.
- Use only message templates that Meta has approved, and do not send illegal, misleading or harmful content.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what your team does in your account.
4. Suspension
We may suspend or end your access if you send spam, break Meta's policies or these terms, or do not pay. Where we can, we will warn you first. Meta may also restrict your WhatsApp account on its own.
5. Your account and data
Your WhatsApp Business account belongs to you and stays in your Meta business account. You can leave any time. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.
6. No guarantees about Meta
Message delivery depends on Meta and mobile networks. We cannot promise that every message is delivered, or that Meta will approve a template or account. Chittyy makes no claims about any specific business outcome.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
